Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and note that YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use this site. Mindham Fine Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions of Use whenever you visit this Site.

PRIVACY POLICY

We recognize that your privacy is of paramount importance and want you to shop with confidence. We want you to buy with confidence and guarantee that your information will not be sold to third parties but will be used solely by our company. 

All personal and payment information submitted to Mindham Fine Jewellery remains secure at all times.

CURRENCY 

Unless otherwise specified, all prices, including prices published on our website, refunds and exchanges are expressed in Canadian dollars.  

ORDER PROCESSING

Thank you for viewing and selecting our items.  Once you have made your selection, click on the “add to cart” button. You will then be given the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.  When you are ready to check out, you will be prompted to register your account or make your purchase as a guest, and you will be prompted through the steps to complete your purchase.

While we will make every effort to send you your purchase quickly, it may take up to 2-8 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped, particularly for orders in advance of holidays and special occasions. Delays due to weather, labour disruptions within the postal systems and other events beyond our control may cause further unavoidable delays.

BACK ORDERS

If an item is on back order it may take 4-12 weeks before the item can be shipped. We will notify you if an item is on back order. In the event that one item on your order is on back order and the other items are in-stock, we will ship the in-stock items and send the back order as soon as it is available. We will notify you prior to shipping out the order.

PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. PayPal is the primary method of payment for all purchases. All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

TAXES

All applicable taxes will be charged for orders within Canada. Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Mindham Fine Jewellery has no control over these charges.

SHIPPING OF YOUR PURCHASES

Each item will arrive in a soft fabric pouch or a box inside a Mindham gift box. View the shipping details at tab the bottom of each product page to see how your order will be presented.

Mindham.com offers delivery world-wide. Regular shipping is free for destinations in Canada.  For the United States, Europe and other international destinations, please contact us to arrange shipping of your order.

Once payment has been received for your purchases, your item(s) will be shipped via Canada Post, FedEx or other similar courier services. Mindham.com reserves the right to select the method of shipping.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for credit for items in unworn condition purchased through Mindham.com within 10 days of receipt of the item. 

In order to send a return, you will need to contact us here to obtain a return authorization number. No returns of online purchases, by mail or in person will be accepted without this return authorization number. 

All items with a return authorization number may be returned in person to “Hazelton, by Mindham Fine Jewellery” our Hazelton Lane retail boutique or shipped at the customer’s expense to our head office (37 Hazelton Avenue, Toronto Ontario, M5R 2E3). For your protection, please purchase insurance for every return and make certain that you are provided with a tracking number for the parcel. Mindham.com and Mindham Fine Jewellery are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for providing any insurance coverage for returned item(s). 

Please Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless Mindham.com has sent the incorrect item. For US returns kindly note that it is necessary to write on the exterior of the package “Return of Canadian Goods”. If this is omitted you may be subject to additional duty, brokerage fees and taxes. All prices on return documents are to be expressed in Canadian dollars. 

Item(s) are to be returned in their original packaging with original documents. Item(s) are to be returned unworn with original tickets attached.  Mindham Fine Jewellery retains the right to refuse to accept returns which show signs of wear.

Upon receipt of returned items, our workshop will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item(s). Returns take approximately 5-10 business days to process after receipt of the item. 

Items that are returned in good unworn condition, will be issued a store credit for the original retail price.  This credit may be used for purchases on-line or at our physical locations.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

You may only cancel an order via telephone or email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for credit, as described in the “Return Policy” section, above. In the event that you place an order for an out-of-stock or out-of-production item, you will receive an email advising you of if/when we will be able to fulfill your order.

GUARANTEE

Mindham Fine Jewellery uses the best possible materials and employs quality local labour for the creation of our jewellery. We guarantee that pieces are manufactured with care and are carefully inspected before shipment.

We will repair or replace any defective pieces as a result of manufacturing, free of charge, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not include items that have been mis used and abused. Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for warranty work. Shipping charges may apply. Unless otherwise noted, Mindham Fine Jewellery is the owner of all photographs and content published throughout the site.  All such property may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced or used in anyway without prior written consent.  Website Users who would like to save images of jewellery items they are considering purchasing are invited to create a User Account where they can add the item to their Wishlist and thereby save an image of it for future reference.
