3. RETURN POLICY
While we hope you are pleased with your purchases from Mindham Fine Jewellery, we offer the following return policy, which applies equally to purchases initiated through our online service:
- Returns will be processed for store credit only, and no full refunds shall be issued.
- Stock items returned in like-new condition within 15 calendar days of the latter of purchase or delivery (for items that are shipped to you), are eligible for store credit at their full purchase value.
- Unfortunately items in worn condition, custom/special orders, and items returned more than 15 days after purchase are not eligible for store credit. However they may be accepted on a consignment basis, at the sole discretion of Mindham Fine Jewellery.
